Our Journey: From Humble Beginnings

Established in 2023, Yampialex Limited is a wholly Ghanaian owned construction company incorporated, with a clear focus to construct Safe, Durable, and Timely infrastructure and engage in all aspects of civil & mechanical construction. We entered construction world with strong leadership in the form of technical advisers carrying years of experience in the field.

From the start, we have worked to create something beyond infrastructure. We focused on building trust. We collaborated on our first projects with Newmont Ghana Gold Limited on the Ahafo North Project through civil and piping works, opportunities we seized to demonstrate the practical, problem-solving nature of our work. What began as building wash pads slabs and plinths soon became full workshop construction, concrete tanks and structural across complex the mining environment.

Our confidence in bidding for major projects has always been successful as a result of the hard work from our highly skilled workforce that constantly delivers quality, safety-compliant work on schedule and to exact client specification. Each completed project not only strengthened our portfolio but also deepened our reputation as a dependable and efficient contractor in Ghana's mining and construction sectors.

From 2024 onwards, Yampialex began securing significant contracts most notably with Newmont Ghana Gold Limited. This partnership catapulted our visibility and operational capacity. We invested in skilled personnel, equipment, and safety systems to match the demand of larger projects.
